Agent network

Run your agents on your platform, not someone else's.

For agency owners with independent contractors, or who want to bring some on. You own the brand, the client, and the margin; your agents get a real booking tool.

Agent accounts

Create agents in minutes. Set what they can see (rate tiers, markup), what they can book, and whether they can pay or only hold.

Commissions and reporting

Every booking tagged to an agent. Monthly view of bookings, GMV, and commission owed, exportable.

White-label

Your domain, logo, and confirmation emails. Agents and clients see your brand only.

Book now, pay later

Agents hold refundable rates; you settle before the deadline. If it isn't paid by the last free-cancellation date, it cancels at no charge.

The rules, with an example

Credit line

Qualified resellers with insurance can settle on terms after 60 days active. Requirements are listed below, in plain terms.

Onboarding

A 20-minute setup call where we create your first agents with you, connect your domain, and place your logo.

Credit line

What it takes to qualify.

The credit line lets you settle bookings on terms instead of paying before each deadline. It is not automatic and not available at signup.

Until you qualify, you use book-now-pay-later on refundable rates and pay non-refundable rates at booking. Nothing about inventory or rates changes when you move to terms.

  • VerificationYour agency is verified as a US travel business (done at signup).
  • ActivityAt least 60 days active on the platform.
  • InsuranceProof of current business insurance naming your agency.
  • ReviewWe review each request individually and set the limit and terms in writing before anything changes on your account.
Questions agency owners ask

Straight answers.

Do my agents need their own accreditation?

No. Accounts are created under your agency. Your agency is the verified business; your agents book under it. If your agents hold their own IATA/CLIA numbers, that's fine, but it isn't required.

Can I set different markups per agent?

Yes. Each agent can be assigned a rate tier and a markup. You can also decide per agent whether they can pay for bookings or only place holds that you settle.

What happens if an agent's client cancels?

It depends on the rate booked. Refundable rates cancelled before the free-cancellation date are cancelled at no charge; if the booking was held and never paid, nothing was ever charged. Non-refundable rates follow the supplier's cancellation terms shown at booking. Every booking shows its cancellation terms and deadline before it is confirmed.

Who is the merchant of record?

Bookings are processed by our supply partner. You see net rates and set your markup; what you charge your client, and how, is between you and your client. You are responsible for your own client payments, seller-of-travel registration where required, and your agent agreements.

Is there a limit on how many agents I can add?

No. Agent accounts are unlimited and free.
